Fast Response. Experienced Engineers. Across London.

Reactive Maintenance & Emergency Response

Reactive callouts across all commercial mechanical systems with priority response for clients on PPM contracts

Reactive Response and Emergency Callouts in South West London and the Home Counties

When Something Goes Wrong, Speed Matters

When a mechanical system fails in a commercial building, the consequences can extend well beyond the plant room. Heating failures, water supply issues or drainage problems can disrupt tenants, interrupt business operations and place immediate pressure on building owners and facilities managers to restore services quickly. In these situations, you need a contractor who can respond promptly, diagnose the issue with confidence and carry out repairs without unnecessary delay.

Our engineers provide reactive mechanical support across London and the surrounding areas, attending callouts seven days a week between 8am and 10pm. With extensive experience across commercial plumbing, heating and plant systems, the team arrives prepared to deal with a wide range of issues on the first visit. Vehicles are stocked with a comprehensive range of common parts and materials to maximise the chances of resolving faults immediately and minimise disruption to the building and its occupants.

We respond to failures across all commercial mechanical systems, including boilers and heating plants, water supply and boosting systems, burst pipes, water ingress and drainage blockages. Our engineers also attend plant room equipment failures and urgent system faults, with priority response available for clients who operate a Planned Preventive Maintenance contract with us.

What we cover

Why Clients Choose BPH

How quickly can you respond to an emergency callout in London?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, with priority response available for clients on Planned Preventative Maintenance agreements. For urgent issues across London, we typically attend the same day, often within hours depending on location and severity.

What types of emergencies do you deal with?

We handle a wide range of commercial plumbing and heating emergencies, including major leaks, boiler breakdowns, loss of heating or hot water, pump failures, plant room faults, and water system issues affecting business operations.

Do you offer emergency callouts outside normal working hours?

Yes, we provide extended support hours for emergencies, typically between 8am and 10pm. Our engineers are available to respond to urgent issues when they arise, helping minimise disruption to your business and ensuring systems are made safe quickly.

Is your emergency service only available to existing clients?

No, we support both existing and new clients across London. However, clients with ongoing maintenance contracts benefit from priority response times and a more proactive service approach.

Will you carry out repairs on the first visit?

Where possible, we aim to resolve the issue on the first visit. Our experienced engineers attend with commonly required parts and equipment, allowing us to carry out immediate repairs or implement a temporary solution to keep your systems operational.

What happens if the issue cannot be fixed immediately?

If a full repair cannot be completed straight away, we will make the system safe and put temporary measures in place where possible. We then provide a clear plan for permanent repairs, including timescales and any required parts or follow-on works.
